Article 1 (Consent to Collection of Personal Information)
K And Company Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Company”) has established a procedure where users click “Agree” button or “Cancel” button to express consent to Privacy Policy or Terms of Use. Clicking “Agree” button is deemed that the user has agreed to the collection of personal information. 

Articles2 (Personal Information Collection Items)
The personal information items processed for online inquiry and consulting are as follows: 
Collected Items : Name, email, phone number 

Article 3 (Purpose of Using Personal Information)
The Company does not disclose the personal information of user without a prior consent. The Company collects following personal information for customer consulting and various services. All information is used only for the intended purposes above and the Company obtains a prior consent in cases of any change in scope, purpose, and use of collected personal information. 
- Name : Identification for product consulting 
- Email, Phone Number : Product consulting and event notification, new service and new product information (DM, SMS, Email, Etc.) 
The user may refuse the consent to collection and use of personal information. Provided, he or she may not use the online consulting service and may be restricted in using service and receiving benefits. 

Article 4 (Personal Information Retention and Use Period)
In principle, the personal information of user is destroyed immediately after achieving the purpose of collecting and using personal information. 
If it is necessary to store the personal information in accordance with Commercial Act, Act on The Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and other related statutes, the Company stores the personal information for a certain period regulated by the related statutes. 
In this case, the Company uses the personal information only for the purpose of storage and the preservation period shall be as follows: 
- Records on Contract, Withdrawal, Etc. : 5 years (Act on The Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Records on Consumer Complaint or Dispute Settlement : 3 years(Act on The Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Records on Collection, Processing, and Use of User Information : 3 years (Credit Information Use and Protection Act)
- The Company handles personal information of user safely and uses following measures to destroy the personal information and prevent leakage :
- Personal information printed on a paper is destroyed by shredding or incinerating.
- Personal information stored in the form of electronic file is deleted by using a technical method which makes the files irrecoverable.
